Yes — both, from concept through to handover. We build architect-designed new homes and we take on renovations, extensions and restorations, including work on heritage and character homes. Many of our projects combine the two, such as a sensitive restoration paired with a contemporary extension.

Yes. Bespoke, architect-designed homes are core to what we do. We work directly with architects and interior designers to deliver fully documented, high-specification builds, applying the same craftsmanship and site supervision whether the project is a new build or a detailed renovation.

The usual path is a discovery call to understand your project, followed by pre-construction planning for cost certainty, a fixed-price tender, and then construction through to handover and warranty support. If you already have architectural plans, we can work from those; if you're at an earlier stage, we can come in alongside your architect.
Do you work with my architect, or do you have your own?
We work with your architect. Fox Building Group specialises in taking fully documented architectural designs and building them without compromising the design intent. If you don't yet have an architect, we can point you toward practices we've collaborated with, but the choice is always yours.
How long does a custom home take to build?
It varies with the size, site and complexity of the design, so a firm programme comes out of the pre-construction stage rather than a generic figure. What we can commit to is a clear programme before we start and regular updates at each milestone, so you always know where your project stands.
