Jesse has been in the construction industry in both commercial and residential building for over a decade. He is a qualified residential and commercial builder, driven by the technical challenge of building high-performance envelopes that remain aesthetically uncompromising.
Jesse’s approach is defined by early-stage transparency and a commitment to ensuring every build is as efficient as it is beautiful.
Jesse really enjoys building relationships with clients, designers and architects and is always available for a friendly chat.
Alex brings extensive experience to Fox Building Group, previously serving as Director at RUBI Architects, where he leads numerous high-profile projects. With expertise in architectural design and project management, he is known for his innovative thinking and attention to
detail across residential and commercial sectors.
Alex oversees project execution, drives business growth, and fosters partnerships with architects, designers, and clients. His collaborative and
participative leadership style ensures every project aligns with Fox Building Group’s vision of excellence.
Mick is a fully qualified carpenter and our OH&S representative. He has been in commercial and residential construction for over 35 years, bringing a wealth of knowledge to our business.
Mick runs multiple sites ensuring that everything is running smoothly and rectifying any issues as soon as they pop up.
As well as being our OH&S representative, he is our First Aid Officer. Mick ensures our safety standards remain high and that we are
complying with all current legislation.
Mick is passionate about building, and we are extremely lucky to have him on our team.
Jamie is a fully qualified carpenter and is our go-to guy for any specialty carpentry. Jamie has been in construction for 16 years and working for Fox Building Group for 5 years.
Jamie has an eye for detail and delivers high end finishes on the final touches of our projects.

Victoria oversees the administrative and operational workflows at Fox Building Group, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of
the company. Her role involves organising processes, supporting the team, and managing internal communications to maintain efficiency across all projects.
As an Australian Army veteran who served in Afghanistan, Victoria brings exceptional teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving
skills to her role. Her ability to adapt to challenges and foster collaboration strengthens the company’s foundation, allowing the entire team to excel in delivering high-quality results.
Belinda plays a key role in managing the financial operations of Fox Building Group, working closely with Jesse to provide financial
oversight and manage accounts. In addition to her expertise in finance, she fosters strong client relationships, ensuring clarity and
trust in all interactions.
With years of experience in financial management and organisational operations, Belinda’s meticulous attention to detail
and communication skills help align the company’s financial goals with its strategic vision. Her contributions are vital to maintaining
the company’s stability and long-term success.
