Carlton Renovation
Elegantly designed by London based Architects Ng.Feathers, this beautiful Carlton residence was in need of a generous renovation. Situated in a historic building within Carlton, this small apartment required an efficient but classic deign to make use of the smaller space. Fox Building Group worked closely with the architects and the owners to ensure every detail was finished to perfection.
Residential renovation
The kitchen benchtops are hand picked marble with custom cabinetry and all the newest mod-cons including water filtration and an integrated fridge. The cabinetry itself is fully equipped with Hafele systems ensuring no space goes to waste.
The bathroom includes dual custom angled mirrors which work perfectly with the smaller space allowing a double vanity and ample storage. Hand painted joinery finishes off the bathroom with fixtures and fittings from The English Tapware Company.
Bedrooms includes hand painted, custom joinery with hand crafted ladders and ladder hardware which were deigned specifically for this residence.
The Mezzanine level is surrounded by custom made copper balustrade with hand made railings featuring a bespoke library for an avid reader or a quiet space to unwind.
