To keep the doors opening as fast as possible, we focused on two things: having eyes on the ground and locking in the supply chain early.
We maintained a full-time site manager and a full-time OH&S manager on-site for the entire duration. This meant any hurdle, from soil inconsistencies under the slab to structural changes for the new freezer room, was dealt with immediately without waiting for off-site decisions.
